I contacted Katherine a year ago to help find the best resort for my destination wedding. All I knew was that I wanted something on a beach; and she immediately got to work. She sifted through what seemed like hundreds of resorts and found us the most GORGEOUS location. Not only was she an excellent source of knowledge for traveling, but she continued to assist us every step of the way for that whole year. Our wedding was more than I could have ever dreamed of. I truly cannot put into words how blessed I was to find Katherine. I’m already getting ready to hire her for our anniversary trip next year. We used KBR Travel for our honeymoon and Katherine found a boutique five-star Caribbean resort that was every bit the equal of the moment. Because of her Virtuoso partnership we received an upgraded two-story room with ocean and sunset views as well as a private pool. Not to mention a $100 credit that we used for a treatment in the top-notch spa, or the bottle of champagne that she sent up to our room for sunset drinks. As special as our resort was, a bad experience in planning could have marred the trip. Instead, working with Katherine only increased our excitement for this trip. Nearly as important as finding the perfect destination, she steered us away from several other destinations too risky to visit in this day and age. Furthermore, she presented a wide range of options to us to find just the right experience. And despite the surge in interest in travel this spring, Katherine consistently responded in a timely fashion. When she couldn’t answer a specific question, she connected us to the person who could. We can’t overstate enough how great it was to work with a travel advisor like Katherine.

Even if you're someone who loves the research that goes into planning a perfect vacation, you cannot replace the benefit of using someone like Katherine at Travel Modern to help you with your vacation. I love researching destinations, but Katherine's local partners, recommendations, and private, tailor-made excursions and adventures are beyond anything you can find on the internet. She does everything for our family when we travel, whether it is an adventure to Hawaii or Belize, an extended stay in the Canadian Rockies, a family trip to Spain, or an after-Christmas, multi-generational trip to New York, I call Katherine. Even using her hotel link for a simple getaway can result in huge benefits, and having Katherine as an advocate when a hotel or resort slips up takes the stress off of you. She's simply the best.
